At Mia Sapphire, we partner with trusted carriers, including FedEx, SF Express, USPS, DHL, UPS, and EMS, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. We proudly offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.

Order Processing & Verification
All orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing.
To ensure successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

Correct abbreviations and ZIP codes
Mia Sapphire is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Orders requiring additional verification (e.g., mismatched billing information) may experience delays or cancellations.
Payment Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent once your order is authorized and payment verified.

Once verified, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests when possible.
Processing & Fulfillment Time
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Processing includes verification, quality checks, and packaging before your order is handed off to the carrier.
Standard domestic orders may take up to 10 business days to process.
Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes to your order or shipping address.
For multi-item orders, products may ship separately depending on inventory location. You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.

Some products may ship directly from our U.S. or international suppliers. Shipping times may vary based on product availability and warehouse location. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take several days to update once your package has been picked up by the carrier.
For U.S. domestic orders, we typically use USPS, FedEx, DHL, E-Packet, or UPS.
Alternative carriers may be selected at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
You can check the status of your shipment using your tracking number.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Mia Sapphire is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or holidays

Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

Delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Claims can take up to 30 days to resolve depending on the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Signature Requirement
If you prefer a signature upon delivery, please include this request in your order notes or email info@miasapphire.com.
A small additional fee will apply.
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping cost plus the return shipping fee. This total will be deducted from any store credit issued.

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS standard shipping.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives in our warehouse.
Pre-order shipping times are 10–30 business days after processing.

Out-of-Stock Items
If one or more items in your order become unavailable:

We will ship the available items immediately.

A refund will be issued to your original payment method for the out-of-stock item(s).
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Our team will respond promptly to resolve your concern.
Domestic-Only Shipping
At this time, Mia Sapphire ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
To protect our customers, Mia Sapphire reserves the right to:

Require a “common” shipping and billing address for verification

Refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud or irregular order history

Limit or deny service to individuals engaging in excessive returns or “wardrobing” practices
