At Mia Sapphire, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the guidelines below.

By purchasing from Mia Sapphire, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.

  • Return packaging must include the original packing slip and a completed Return Request Form (available via email or download).

Note: Returns received without a completed return form may experience processing delays.


Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments

  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories

  • Custom jewelry and all jewelry

  • Mystery boxes

  • Final sale items (prices ending in .00, .96, .97, or .98)

  • Party wear and seasonal costumes

These items are final sale and ineligible for return or store credit.

Mia Sapphire reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee on any returned Final Sale or sale item that is accepted at our discretion.


Refund Method

All approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Mia Sapphire E-Gift Card.

  • Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • E-Gift Cards never expire and can be used immediately toward any future purchase.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Return

  1. Email info@miasapphire.com with your order number, name, address, and phone number.

  2. We will respond with the correct return address and a Return Request Form.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork and tags.

  4. Ship the return using a trackable carrier (e.g., USPS Flat Rate).

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns.

  • Keep proof of postage and tracking, as Mia Sapphire is not liable for lost or stolen return packages.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@miasapphire.com within 2 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If reported within this window, we will work with you to issue store credit or send a replacement, depending on availability.
Items reported after 2 days may not be eligible for replacement or credit.


Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

Returned or refused packages occur when:

  1. The address is invalid or incomplete,

  2. The carrier cannot deliver the package, or

  3. The order is refused upon delivery.

Returned or refused packages will be restocked, and store credit will be issued in the form of a Mia Sapphire E-Gift Card, minus the original shipping charge.
We are unable to reship these orders; please place a new order using the correct address.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Mia Sapphire is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.


Wardrobing, Fraud & Excessive Returns

To protect our customers and maintain quality service, Mia Sapphire reserves the right to refuse or limit returns from customers exhibiting:

  • An excessive or irregular return history,

  • Evidence of “wardrobing” (wearing and returning items), or

  • Potential fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Our Customer Protection Team may contact you if your account shows unusual return activity to discuss next steps or resolve any issues.


Shoe Returns

Shoes must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original, unworn condition and packaging.
Please include your order number, name, address, and phone number in your return package.
All standard return conditions apply.


Stale Returns

Returns received after 30 days from delivery are considered “stale” and may be rejected or subject to a 50% restocking fee, at our discretion.


Non-Mia Sapphire Items

Any items sent to our facility that were not purchased from Mia Sapphire will be discarded upon receipt and will not be returned to sender.

Alternatively, Mia Sapphire reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items. We will apply a 50% restocking fee to any stale item(s) sent back in resalable condition and in accordance with our Return Policy when processed at our Distribution Center. An E-Gift Card will be issued to you by email following our normal returns procedure.
